After your order has been placed you will be sent an email confirming the order and giving you an order number. If you do not receive an email straight away, check that you pressed the CONFIRM button on the final checkout page. We recommend you check this email confirmation carefully to ensure you have selected the correct products and most importantly, you have given us the correct shipping address with the correct postcode.
If the delivery address is wrong and we have to get the parcel redirected due to your error, unfortunately there will be another delivery charge. Please give us this order number if you have any queries. We're really sorry, but we are unable to change orders once they have been placed so please make sure you have all you need. If you do find that you need something else, then feel free to place another order and we will combine the shipping for you - just let us know that you have done this so we can refund the second set of shipping.
When the payment is processed by Paypal the order is set to a PROCESSING state. This means your payment has been accepted, your order is with the warehouse and is being packed. When the order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email advising you of this, and giving the courier details and the courier consignment number for tracking the parcel. We give this information to help you if there are any problems with your delivery. If there is a query with your payment or address information we will only contact you by the email or telephone number provided. All payments are handled by Paypal and we have no access to any card details.
We can only accept website or telephone orders and we are unable to accept email orders.
